St18 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the st18 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the st18 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the st18 platform or its services.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. st18 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
The st18 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the st18 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. st18 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for identity verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. st18 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to us immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the st18 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's operations may result in legal action.
- Sharing or transferring account balances between users without the platform's authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for commercial or business purposes without prior written authorisation from st18 is strictly prohibited.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the st18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through lawful means. st18 does not accept deposits from third parties or through unauthorised payment methods.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. st18 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set threshold. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain cases.
St18 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the relevant funds may be frozen pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such action through their registered communication channel.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. st18 shall not be liable for disputes raised after this period.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The st18 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform's availability and reliability at all times, st18 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. st18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
St18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with established policy, subject to any ongoing investigation. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting st18 customer support.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the st18 platform are owned by or licensed to st18 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without the express written consent of st18.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The st18 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. st18 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services and accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before engaging with their services.
Changes to Terms
St18 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after such changes are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted or severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
